By accessing or using the Shrutam AI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Shrutam AI is an artificial intelligence-based digital assistant created to help seekers in their spiritual studies (Swadhyay). It retrieves and synthesizes information from a vast library of digital Shastras (Granths). However, AI is an evolving technology and may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or contextually flawed responses.
Shrutam AI is a supportive tool, not an absolute authority. It is not a substitute for the guidance of a true Guru, Gnani, or recognized religious Scholars. Seekers must strictly cross-verify all AI-generated interpretations, references, and Gathas with authentic Mool Granths to prevent any misinterpretation of spiritual principles.
The original texts, PDFs, translations, audio, and video content stored within the Shastra Bhandar remain the intellectual property of their respective authors, translators, and trusts (including Vitragvani). Shrutam AI claims no ownership over the foundational religious texts. The AI interface and proprietary code belong to the developers.
Under no circumstances shall Shrutam AI, its developers, or associated trusts be held liable for any direct, indirect, or spiritual consequences arising from your reliance on the AI's output. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via announcements on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
